There is no more need to reinstall hivemind to get
the latest version, because it's determined during
execution.

Previous method was causing mismatched version and
git revision when developing in --editable mode.

- program option allowing hivemind to bind to first available port
- port is chosen from range defined in option
- additionally port number is written to a hivemind.port file
- removed version.py from repo. gitignore now ignore this file as
  expected
- added hivemind.port to gitignore

- fixed sql queries,
- removed matrialized view in sql query,
- fixed imports in manual tests

Added patterns for bridge api tests. Tests passes on production.
