Add option allowing hivemind to bind to first free port 

- program option allowing hivemind to bind to first available port
- port is chosen from range defined in option
- additionally port number is written to a hivemind.port file
- removed version.py from repo. gitignore now ignore this file as
  expected
- added hivemind.port to gitignore
