Unified values of CI_BASE_IMAGE and BUILDER_IMAGE docker args to avoid errors while building ci-base-image.

HAF Dockerfile adjusted to Hived/build_instance.sh changes related to new .git storage location specific to submodules

Adequate changes to Hive Dockerfile ones done in related MR (specific to default port number change, HIVED_UID definition etc)

Define default value for HIVED_UID variable, to allow direct usage of HAF-instance image (without run_hived_img.sh wrapper).

Dockerized build process builds all targets and copies executables to /home/hive/bin directory for potential binary exporting purposes.

Changed base image from phusion/baseimage:jammy-1.0.1 to registry.gitlab.syncad.com/hive/hive/ci-base-image:ubuntu22.04-1 and updated relevant scripts - ref. #111
