Minor formatter improvements

  • Added custom nai assets support to the wax base interface
  • Added package.json path to the exports field
  • Added support for protobuf transactions in formatters
  • Improved formatted tests
  • Reduced bundle size for Node.js and web environments (CI still exposes the full web bundle as a CDN single .js file)
