Add two methods for manabar related calculations
Closes #1 (closed)
- cpp_calculate_manabar_full_regeneration_time
returns time when whole mana will be regenerated
- cpp_calculate_current_manabar_value
returns current value of mana (one from API is value of mana related to given timestamp, not current)
Updated hived submodule by the way
