Eliminated not needed (actually having no own logic) functions: `cpp_calculate_account_hp`, `cpp_calculate_witness_votes_hp` actually redirecting evaluation directly to `cpp_vests_to_hp` (what can be easy done at TS/Python side)

Adjusted wasm binding to changed definition of crypto_memo structure (due to conflict to python `from` keyword)

eliminate floating point calculations from hbd->hive and vests->hp conversions and change result to json_asset

HP (hive power) makes sense only in context of VESTS

Add calculate_account_hp, calculate_witness_votes_hp methods (implement with foundation::cpp_vests_to_hp)

Implemented cpp_asset_value and cpp_asset_symbol to expose ability to convert asset amount to textual scaled form like also getting a name of known asset symbols.
