Community Owner Can't Be Removed

Rishi Panthee requested to merge community-owner-fix into develop

Disallows modifying role of community owner. The hive-1xxxxx is linked to the community and shouldn't be able to be removed anyways.

Would be one way to solve #171 (closed).
