replace --only-hivemind with --with-reptracker

exec is required to correctly handle signals by hivemind
python code, without exec (when there is no additional processes between
hivemind and linux)  signals are not delivered to hivemind

exec was removed wit commit: 1751bc56

setup, since setup now sets last_modified_time

docker_entrypoint.sh has started hivemind as subprocess and did not pass
signals to it

docker_entrypoint.sh extended by support of standard `install_app`, `uninstall_app` subcommands. Also added standardized alias `--postgres-url` to specify a database connection.
