Add tests showing problem with decline_voting_rights in reference to proposals,
requested to merge kudmich/tests_for_decline_voting_rights_reference_to_vote_for_proposals_witness_proxy_comment into develop
Continuation of merge request !815 (merged)
Add different variations of tests from decline voting rights:
- vote for comment,
- vote for comment (with the votes from the delegation),
- vote for a witness,
- vote for the proposal,
- delegate proxy.
