I think it is a good idea to add information that slow processing is caused by the HAF restart: when slow processing occurs then it need to be verify if hived connect has occurred during processing interval, if yes then additional not could be added "Processing delay detected due to HAF restart. A connection to hived was established at {timestamp}."
