For discussion: what ease-of-use enhancements should we make for HAF?

Currently we've nearly completed the work for building and deploying dockerized versions of HAF. I created this issue as a catch-all for any additional enhancements we may want to consider associated with deployment and maintenance of a HAF server.

For example, we may want to define a standardized procedure for each app by which they can throw away some or all of their data. It may be very useful to have a function for discarding all the data before a certain block number during development of a HAF app. At the very least, I think we should define a standarized way to "clean" all the data for a HAF app in preparation for a full replay.

As another example, we should write a script or document the steps for dumping the state of a HAF server and one or more apps on that server when the postgres server is located inside a docker container.
