Fix Ctrl+Home/End not scrolling in Firefox

Add keyboard event handler that ensures the textarea scrolls
to show the cursor position when using Ctrl+Home or Ctrl+End
keyboard shortcuts. Firefox doesn't automatically scroll to
reveal the cursor after these navigation commands.

Fixes #507
