Closes #125: Upgrade React to v16 (and replace visual editor)

Stefan requested to merge feature/react-v16 into develop

Changes:

  • visual editor was replaced (old one is unmaintained)
  • PureComponent used where applicable, and "should.." removed

Some parts are only commented out at the moment, wanted to wait for feedback.
