make api.hive.blog default for alternative_api_endpoints

for now, i.e. until at least server-side failover mechanisms is imporved is way better to rely on api.hive.blog regardless of its temporary issues than to switch to random remote node that might or might not be performing better and might or might not run expected version of hivemind
