.filter_out_swagger_json template generates version and updates it in the produced swagger.json file.

npm_generate_version.sh adjusted to non annotated tags having no taggerdate, so its sorting was invalid. Also prerequisites to generate version for swagger.json files.

Default packages are installed globally to make them available without a need to local installation (especially important for Typescript)

npm_push_doc_template allows to specify different project url (to store documentation in separate Wiki repo)

dist-tag detection logic is based directly on informations provided by CI to eliminate branch detection ambiguities

npm_generate_version.sh script takes explicit DIST-TAG value to eliminate faulty branch-based detection

Improved npm dist-tag detection in case when given commits belongs also to master & develop branches.
