Improve dashboard view and add some other features

Krzysztof Mochocki requested to merge mzebrak/dashboard into develop

This MR includes:

  • new layout of dashboard with some mock data
  • activate/deactivate modes
  • global keybindings for focusing menu and buttons bar
  • preliminary version of restricted menu displayed in deactivated mode
