Beekeepy integration in clive

Goal of this MR is to integrate object oriented beekeeper in clive project.

Scope of this MR:

• Add helpy and beekeepy (h&b) dependencies to clive
• Remove code already covered by h&b
• Replace iwax in clive with one from h&b decided this won't be done within this MR, there are already too many changes
• Integrate existing code base with h&b
• Make tests working (to confirm is all tests are working and not just skipped)
