Bump hive submodule to latest develop (and required related deps of schemas, wax)

Closes: #268 (closed) and #197 (closed) and #190 (closed)

This MR:

• Bumps schemas to include a fix for #268 (closed). It also required bump of the wax package and hive submodule (with recent test-tools changes of new Wallet implementation)
• Uses wax functions which replaced some of the clive implementation
