Stay on operation page after adding to cart, remove fast broadcast

Closes #303 (closed) (removes fast broadcast feature globally)

Other changes:

  • cursor position always set and the end of text in CliveInput
  • fix for validation in CliveInput - it's no longer fired without value while focus is changed
  • close, cancel, confirm, switch page (page up, page down) buttons have now three line and one line versions
  • KnownExchangeInput was renamed into ReceiverInput
  • added property default_asset_type to AssetAmountInput and is_empty to CliveValidatedInput
