TUI - Operations bindings

For operations:

• transfer
• transfer to savings/from savings
• power up
• power down
• set withdraw routes
• delegate

The following changes should be done:

1. Fast broadcast should be removed.
2. Button Add to cart should be added.
3. If a user clicks A (Add to cart) or Enter, an operation is:
   a. add to cart
   b. an application stays on the operation screen
   c. the entered value from inputs are removed (like amount from Transfer)
   d. The message The operation was added to the cart is displayed.

In most of operations button with label Add to cart (A) should be added (excluding witness votes, proposal votes)
