TUI - Operations bindings for cancel/remove

In the issue #303 (closed) part of operations were adjusted to a new requirements.
In this issue the second part should be done - the operations those are displayed in the tables:

1. Cancel transfer from savings
2. Cancel power down
3. Remove withdraw routes
4. Remove delegates

To be discussed:

1. should the confirmation screen stay or be removed?
2. new bindings and buttons?
