Lbudginas/#424 add new tab on account page

#424 (closed) UPDATE :

• Remove comment type selector above results table
• Open comments section with results after selecting permlink from permlink results table on main page
• Fit permlink inside table cell so table won't extend

NOTE: I noticed that code had bad logic while rendering results, so I improved it. That's why there are bunch of changes
