Add new tab on account page for permlink search

We would like to have all comments permlinks listed on account page , so we decided that a good place for that would be new tab near (operations and comments search tab).

• New tab should be between operations and comments-search tab and named 'Posts'
• When tab is open, it should auto fetch all permlinks with comment-type 'Post' for last 30 days
• It should include search ranges and other available parameters for filtering (as it is on main page)
• Result table of permlinks should be shown (with pagination if possible)
• When permlink is clicked if should close tab 2, fetch comment related operations with that permlink, open tab3 (Comment Search) and show result of operations.
• Going back to tab 2 (Posts) should keep last search result

Just realized that this issue may be related to this one I just created: #427 (closed)

But not really sure. Anyways, my understanding is that API call I mentioned uses a different index and is fast at finding "posts/comments" specifically created by the account. So it may be the preferred call for this new tab, if it does what I guess is desired of it.

Thanks @dan yes it probably does come in handy, the tab is indeed intended to display by default a user's posts, allow filtering and then moving over to another tab for historical transactions on post.

Couple of notes:

1- I think having the extra filtering above the results is not needed, as we already have the select type in the search selection. This applies to the permalink search on the main page as well

2- In the landing page search, i think it would make more sense to have a similar experience to what we just created, meaning clicking on a result item of the permalink search, would open up the search below it, just like we implemented it as moving between the post and comment search screens, instead of opening a new screen altogether. We can keep the "Go to result page" button as it helps to have a link for this result
