Revamping Head Block Card Revamp :

1. Add Block Chain time on the top
2. Under toggle Switch
3. Wrap together { Current Block- Current Producer - Number of Operations - Number of Transactions }
4. Work on the design of the tables in the Card
5. Allow swift-seamless data change when the toggle switch is on to live data- We don't want the layout or design shifting as it is currently
