In user profile page, create a small chart that shows account balance history

Relying on data from balance tracker, we would like to add a small chart section (below wallet in left side menu) that shows the history of the user's balance.

This task "could" reuse balance tracker connectivity work (currently in progress) of task #328 (closed)
