Added lint jobs and necessary refactors - ref. #8

Part three of #8 (closed)'s implementation.

Adds Bash and SQL lint jobs and all refactors necessary for them to pass.

Bash lint is implemented with ShellCheck, while SQL lint is using SQLFluff
