Bayesian opinion mixing and other improvements

Replaced experimental 100-bin, weighted-average-based opinion
mixing with a 2-bin one based on Sapienza paper.

Other improvements include:
- Basic stat system provides plausible random trust values
- Ability to set trust in UI
- Basic UI documentation (press H)
- Opinion objects and chart UI refactored with "N bins" in mind.
