feat: add ability to activate/deactivate follow lists for all feeds

- Add "Add to All Feeds" button in the Add Follow List dialog
- Replace single delete button with dropdown menu offering:
  - "Remove from this feed"
  - "Remove from all feeds"
- Update confirmation dialogs to reflect the selected action
