feat: show copy feed button when viewing any user's feed 

- Add showCopyButton prop to PvFeedSelector (default true)
- Copy button now appears for any feed (own or others')
- When copying another user's feed, the copy is created in current user's feeds
- Update dialog text to show feed owner when copying from another user
