Use GitLab registry for test images (postgrest, curl, cypress) 

Switch integration test images from Docker Hub to local GitLab
registry to avoid rate limiting:
- postgrest/postgrest → ratings-stack/postgrest:v14.3
- curlimages/curl → ratings/curl:8.18.0
- cypress/included → ratings/cypress/included:14.3.3
