Remove redundant packages from the bundle build

Mateusz Tyszczak requested to merge tm-remove-redundant-packages-from-bundle into main

Default bundled version does not contain common packages (to reduce package size). Additionally this MR introduces new build target (having -full suffix) containing such bundled code, to make complete single file CDN resource.
