Wax TS improvements

  1. verify_authority request extended by pack type required to correctly verify transaction prepared and signed using Wax TransactionBuilder utility (assumes hf26 pack type)
  2. Added support for endpointUrl property in the IHiveChainInterface object, to simplify runtime endpoint URL management by library clients.
