Extend generate api description with additional params: openapi_flattened and allow passing item suffix

openapi_flattened - used to generate types from swagger, introduced to
avoid inherritance in output models.
allow_passing_item_suffix - allow/dissalow for passing 'Item` to the
generated item of an array.
