Transactions filters

Lukas Budginas requested to merge transactions_filters into develop

  • 'Filters' button hides/shows filter section, I did it in case we want them to be hidden, but for now I left filters section open by default

  • Incoming / Outgoing shows transferred/received transactions

  • If searching for specific user, none of the checkbox should be checked, or only checked specific 'transfer to' or 'received from' checkboxes. If none checked, show all transactions from specific user.
