database_api negative test separation

Andrzej Lisak requested to merge database_api_negatives into master

database_api negative tests that started to behave properly recently had their patterns updated, were separated to single test .yaml files and into proper subfolter according to new scheme.

Similar thing done in other APIs just to have folders and examples - this way we can update CI to include new subfolders in testing.
