Tests `grey` flag in communities - posts authored by muted accounts

alice start as mute in hive-171487, member in hive-198723 and guest in hive-157439.

For each of above communities alice mark selected (not all - first and second) articles/answers as muted. In next step unmute first article/answer.

Now change role of the account to muted and let it post articles/answers again. Same steps for muting/unmuting selected posts. Finally change role to member and repeat the process for the third time.

test-safari is mod in each of above communities. That account posts replies to post of main account alice` to check if it is properly getting notifications in case it replies to muted posts.

steem posts article/answer in hive-198723 as being marked muted in community.
