Tests for hivemind freezed on 11 000 000 block

list_comments with by_permlink takes two arguments, 4 were provided.

- Added test for hivemind freezed on 11000000 blocks (after HF17),
- Cleanup 5000000 directory: removed not needed files,

Tests runned on hivemind (master) branch, all green.

- Fixed examples: added directory option.
- Fixed markdown.

- Fixed full_sync tests - tests are valid for block 45031184,
- get_discussion_by get json schema validation tests it will work even
  if api return empty set

- Patterns and test definitions moved to proper directories depending on
  block number
- Benchmark moved to proper directory
- Test runners modified to take directory name as a parameter

Added patterns and modified test for 5000000 blocks. Test are in
separate directory.
