[ABW]: added negative tests for get_ranked_posts with observer

added tests for muting (direct and indirect) for get_ranked_posts with no tag and non-community tag (still needs similar set with paging)
some tests changed/renamed so they are not affected by muting (f.e. observer removed)
some patterns changed due to change in mock data (extra muted, extra promotion of post)
