Remove special type for plugin config entry

This class is no longer needed, because plugins are validated on hived site
and if error occur, hived sends notification to TestTools and exception is
raised.

Additional changes:
- Move test, which checks node output when unsupported plugin is requested,
  to tests in hive repository.
