Migrate from schemas.apis.database_api to hiveio-database-api package

- Update sync_api.py import to use database_api.database_api_description
- Update all 52 return type annotations to use *Response suffix
- Update common_helpers.py imports for GetDynamicGlobalPropertiesResponse, GetVersionResponse
- Update vest_price.py import for GetDynamicGlobalPropertiesResponse
