Disable C0411 (wrong-import-ordere) pylint warning

There is no need to check the imports order
with pylint since isort was introduced and
is maintaining all rules related to imports.

Also pylint sometimes fails to detect first party
packages and treats them as third parties which
results in differences between isort and pylint.
