Refactor tests:

- Add missing tests test_account_name.py test_hiveint.py  test_integers_64.py test_swap_types.py
- Remove deprecated tests: test_as_strict_model.py, test_smoke_as_strict_model.py
- Add helping fucntions in conftest
- Refactor other tests
