Use api_client_generator Python 3.14 branch with msgspec support 

- Update api_client_generator to 1.7.1.dev4+6fe5c3e.dirty (msgspec-based)
- Add GIT_CLEAN_FLAGS to prepare_haf_image to fix stale workspace issues
- This version uses DataModelType.MsgspecStruct instead of pydantic
