Use common-ci-configuration HAF app testing templates 

- Add include for haf_app_testing.gitlab-ci.yml template
- Replace validate_haf_commit with .haf_commit_validation template
- Add CACHE_MANAGER variables for standardized cache-manager usage
- Reference feature/haf-app-testing-templates branch for template testing
