+- allow projects to apply for small SOS initiatives.  Ie, a community has a contest or a challenge idea, they can create a proposal requesting aide for prize money.  A small portion of Value Plans budget could serve as an incubator for small initiatives and community drives.
+peer to peer onboarding mentorship program. Verified Hivians onboarding support network. A respected Hivian can submit a new onboarded user to receive a 1 year support and guidance trial. Both mentor and new Hivian create a feedback loop to collect data on any success or failure.

+I think we should have the right to block an account from engaging with us, not to block the account from others, but if someone feels threatened, abused or trolled by another account, there should be a way to block that account from being able to engage with your personal account. I see this as a form of sovereignty over your account. This is not about banning or removing an account from Hive, it about the right to block an account from interacting with you directly.

+(I’m aware of several men and women who have left the blockchain because they felt threatened. To succeed, Hive must develop tools to foster safety for all its users while simultaneously allowing all accounts to conduct themselves as they see fit. (Downvoting and Muting is not adequate))

+I believe the main focus should be in giving best practices to those who are beginning to develop a marketing roadmap withing their countries. So the learning curve can shorten and be more efficient with the funds used for this matter.

+- Content and curation is an essential piece of the puzzle. Quality content and quality engagement will always lead to an expanding user base. Clear, easy to use tools for finding quality posts on Hive will aid greatly.

+- All content is valid. Writing, vlogging, blogging, micro blogging, photography, analysis, memes, podcasts, etc.

+HIVE should think of itself like the Walmart of Decentralized Social Media, ‘1 stop shopping for all things social media’, Hive has an open invite to all types of creators to come and play with our community created tools, find the tools they like the best and join the discussion of how to make those tools even better.

+- Content creation and curation are very important in Hive's marketing strategy, because that is what a new user can do to earn hive. Other than, HDB interest is more of like investment. I think, medium sized content, is relative rewarded better now a days, however short content is easy and may be we should do some lucky draws in a transparent way to lure people for short form content, if they are not good at producing medium/ long content.

+Content creation and curation come as a united department within Hive, as people are writing to get some money from it, but also curating develops the way writers should write, working as a reinforcer.

+I believe one of the great advantages of Hive can be used to marketing purposes, which is being able to post information and bring people together to show what they do. Therefore, I believe the Hive red carpet was a great idea to bring people from different countries toward something united. This can also be applied to other interests, just like investments, home decoration, gaming, etc.

+- females and males have felt threatened by other user accounts. A tool for accounts to block a threatening account would benefit the chain. Sovereignty over who you allow to engage with you is a key way to foster a safe environment. (Muting is not enough)

+- I would like to see a more data dense ui for the internal market. Too much data is available to the tech savvy that is denied to the more normie users. Specifically, if the chain has a data point available, it should be in the ui. We are not a privacy chain, if you want privacy create a sockpuppet and don't connect it to yourself.
