Update hivemind notify

Added regex check from community.py to fix notifications for accounts that start with 'hive-' it's not pretty, but it works. Doesn't seem to cause bugs as far as I tested.

(the code was taken from community.py, as referenced by foxon)

Change undesirable "resteemed" notification to "reblogged".

Should fix #57 (closed)

Feel free to decline merge if it causes issues on your end. PS: Changing branch to master as I don't want to mess with develop branch without getting enough sleep.
