Reimplemented get_blog/get_blog_entries with fixes

Reimplemented get_blog/get_blog_entries. Fixed lack of reblogs in results. Small changes in error handling - more cases are automatically recovered, especially when parameters are supplemented from defaults.

[Fix] get_content exception with observer specified

[Fix] restored handling of mutes in load_posts_keyed (still in use)
