hivemind does a vacuum analyze of the entire db including all HAF tables (even does it twice)

Verify if this is true and change to something more reasonable if it is. In particular, see if autovacuum is sufficient that these statements can be removed entirely (also double check it doesn't set any unreasonable autovacuum conditions).
