added mock data and description for detailed follow_op tests

mocks changed so each scenario uses separate post (last number in post permlink shows which scenario) - necessary so tests don't collide and/or overshadow potential problems

[ABW]: mostly tabs replaced with spaces; no actual code changes; relinked to current tests_api master

1. Create reblog in some blocs
2. In other pack of 1000 blocks
   * Create reblog again from 1.
   * Delete reblog

Reblog op should be removed from DB.

get_info extended by git date and data from hive_db_patch_level table, additional data shown also on hive server

Previously the notification date was a post creation date, now it is the post's
block_num time value from the  moment of the body parse ( moment
of refreshing hive_mentions table ).

Previously when post was edited, then notifications for already
mentioned accounts were repeated. Now only not yet notified mentions
trigger new notifications.
