Remove builder-specific tags and fix <bridge profile> regex 

- Remove hive-builder-5 tags from CI jobs to allow running on any
  data-cache-storage runner
- Update tests_api submodule: fix <bridge profile> regex to handle
  both single object (get_profile) and array (get_profiles) responses
